My writing is versatile and unique, like the people, places, and issues I write about.
I write
magazine articles for publications focused on college alumni, business, aviation, religion, spirituality, and other topics.
I also write clear and compelling
corporate materials, such as ads, marketing brochures, news releases, and videos.
And I'm available as a
writing coach to help individuals and small groups take their writing to fresh new level.
Writing for pay is great, but it can't compare with the kick I get bringing people alive on the printed page. I've done
profiles of folks from all walks of life: parish priest, county sheriff, biochemist, immigration lawyer, painter, aerospace VP, pharmacists, and flight schedulers.
One of my treasured memories is a comment by MacArthur Award-winning scientist Michael Marletta. "My father never understood what I do for a living," he said, "until he read your article about me."
